Call me Sua Ku.....

BUT I JUST DISCOVERED I CAN BLOG FROM MY ANDROID PHONE.

COOL SH** or what.

Hahaha ok enough with the caps.
So, time for another late post. (But that, people, is now ancient history, given this god-sent app.)

Not so recently, we checked out House@barracks in the Dempsey area and kinda fell in love with the place.

Surrounded by foliage, open spaces and friendly waiters, what's there to hiam about?

We had the paprika pumpkin fries, if memory serves me right, and it was so light and fragrant that we almost finished it before the mains arrived.

Mains ordered were the Eggs Benedict and 7-Layered Pancakes.

You can't really go wrong with these, and the guys at House knew what they were doing.

The poached eggs were soft, runny, with a creamy hollandaise sauce that was light on our palate.

Pass already.

When the pancakes were served, the table went "Woah" as it was a pretty and thick stack filled with nuts, raisins, apricots and berries. Fluffy, soft goodness drizzled with a maple syrup that wasn't cloyingly sweet. (You know, like some girls who are. Ahem.)

House got flying colours by the time we finished with our pancakes.

Will definitely be back!
